Miki Agrawal is an American entrepreneur and inventor. She is best known for her work with Thinx, which produces absorbent underwear for menstruating women. During a recent interview with Ideamensch, Miki Agrawal shared her thoughts on professional development that can help to guide and inspire you in your career!

According to Miki Agrawal, professional development is the process of taking your skills to a new level. She recommends always asking yourself, “What am I good at? What are my strengths?”

This method helps you discover what you need to work on and how best to improve upon it. One way she suggests doing this is by reading about others who have done something similar to what you want – especially if they’re women! Miki also encourages staying curious in order become someone with more knowledge than before.

Miki’s journey to her career began when she earned a BS degree in science and Communication from Cornell University in 2001. She had a job as a consultant in New York, but she didn’t find it very fulfilling. She says that the turning point of her career was when she started working at Vice Magazine, where they let her be more entrepreneurial and creative with what she did every day.

By thinking about your strengths and staying curious, you will learn how to improve upon your skillset and discover ways you can reach new levels – just like Miki has done!
